Bravo

I am an Optimist so I most definitely want to begin my engagement in this community on a positive note. I believe life is about relationships and when we arrive at the end of our time spent here what matters most are the people we loved and how well we loved them. That being said any organization is only as good as the people involved. We are too good as a society at judgement and criticism and not so much at grace and encouragement. The human spirit was made to create and thrive in an atmosphere that nurtures our relationships so I love what is happening here and the invitation to belong! Thank You! I would like to point out several engagements I have had with individuals in our health care system. One of them happened today! I needed help with prescriptions and just found out I have a serious vision concern and booked an appointment with my healthcare provider in Grandbay Westfeild. I spoke by phone with Shannon and she was awesome! She was very capable and competent and went above and beyond what my request was and thought about what the causes of my issues might be. She made me feel seen and understood like I matter! BRAVO SHANNON! I also want to give a Bravo to an employee at the ultrasound department at the St.John Regional hospital. Unfortunately I don’t know the Gentleman name however someone’s here might? I had to have my gallbladder removed last March and because I have Lupus it is sometimes difficult to know where my issue has originated and this man was very kind and also went above and beyond just doing his job! He took the time to understand my symptoms and did a thorough ultrasound recognizing what other more costly and time consuming tests did not recognize. He should be promoted! BROVO to the Competent and compassionate gentleman in Ultrasound! And lastly I would like to say Bravo to the pharmacist couple at Grandbay Westfeild for their friendly and engaging service! BRAVO to the excellent services provided by The Medicine shop @ Grandbay Westfeild!! Good people make up great communities!!
