Nutrition and Food Services
Horizon’s Nutrition and Food Services team has been working towards an upgraded and standardized system. Part of this upgrade involves using an iPad to select meals at the patient bedside. Staff visit patients daily to obtain personal menu selections, using an iPad, which allows for flexibility and choice to tailor menu selections to personal preference.
With this updated change in the ordering process, we want to understand the patient experience and level of satisfaction with menu choices and meals while admitted to a Horizon facility.
Patient feedback is vital for us to continue to improve our service.
