Who's Listening

Hi, I’m Daryl Steeves, a retired health care administrator contracted by Horizon to conduct this independent review and I will be responsible for completing the analysis of the information gathered from the survey. Working alongside me on this project are two retired nurses. None of us are Horizon employees, although we have all worked there at times in our career.  

We believe that gives us the experience to understand the project while having the separation to be able to offer a non-biased view, based solely on the research we conduct.
