Horizon is committed to improving access to cultural supports, addressing systemic barriers and supporting the health care team in providing culturally safe, relevant and supportive care to Indigenous patients and their families.  

We want to provide an outlet to share experiences so that we may continue to improve and address any shortcomings.  

 Please take some time to complete our survey about Indigenous Health at Horizon.
