Horizon’s Pediatric Team aspires to gain insight from the parents of children facing medically complex diagnoses, as well as insights from bereaved parents who have lost of a child.

We want to be able to gather information on what would be helpful from their Horizon care team while they are caring for their child, as well as during the end-of-life care and bereavement care.
