What option works best for you for non-urgent medical conditions?

Choosing non-urgent care options is part of our plan to ensure New Brunswickers can access the care needed, and ensure our emergency department teams can continue to provide safe, quality and timely emergency care. That is why, for symptoms that are not severe (such as an earache, toothache, lower back pain from lifting or twisting, flu symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and fever), we encourage everyone to consider other options to access the care they need.

Have you tried other options, so you didn’t have to come to the ED?

If so, we want to hear from you!
