Horizon is pleased to launch a Community News Survey, which is being piloted in the Tantramar and Strait Shores areas this fall.
We are eager to share more information with community members and want to know how communities want to receive information, so they can help us reach a wider audience.
That is why we encourage residents of the Tantramar and Strait Shores areas to complete the brief online survey, and kindly share the survey link with other community residents.
Survey results will help us collect important feedback and improve how we share updates related to Horizon's health care services with residents of Sackville, Dorchester, Port Elgin, and surrounding communities. We anticipate sharing results of the survey before the end of the year.
