The Mapleton Family Health Team offers in-person, bilingual, group educational sessions designed to support the health and well-being of community members.
Sessions are led by the team’s social worker and cover a range of relevant mental health, wellness, health and life topics, such as grief, stress and anxiety, and compassion fatigue.
Sessions will provide participants with practical information, tools, opportunities for reflection, and connections to additional resources.

Please fill out this form to register for an education session. Space is limited. All sessions take place at the Crossman Community Centre, 99 Wynwood Dr., in Moncton. Codiac Transpo users, take 63 Lewisville Route, and hop off at Kay Arena.
